Kayak Lake Mead's
Moonlight Paddle Trip
The best time for a full moon paddle is the 3 days before, during, or after a full moon. However, you don't need a Full Moon, or for that matter, any moon at all to schedule a moonlight paddle trip with us.
When I admire the wonders of a sunset or the
beauty of the moon, my soul expands in the
worship of the creator.
A paddle under the moonlight is perhaps one of the best things you can experience while visiting Las Vegas. On a nighttime kayak trip; we just go out, paddle easy, and enjoy the night's sounds, it's breezes, and it's sky.
For our paddle trips on Lake Mead we put in at Temple Bar, Arizona. Temple Bar is about 2 hours from Las Vegas, so the drive is a little longer but it is well worth it! The quiet and tranquility of the area, the clean beaches, the clean water, the lack of light pollution make Temple Bar the perfect place for an evening Lake Mead paddle.
Paddle out of Temple Bar with Kayak Lake Mead under a full moon.
