Kayak Lake Mead offers you the opportunity to customize your trips, lessons and/or fitness training!
Simply contact us by phone or e-mail (scroll down for contact information) and together we will design a trip lesson, or fitness training experience based on what's important to you and what you want to achieve during your time with us.
Sign-up details; including Prices, 'Add to Shopping Cart button', Suggested Gear List and Travel information, are outlined at the bottom of this page. The plan we agree on is booked by making a secure deposit.

We hold the required permits and are insured to do business in the Lake Mead National Recreation Area as "Kayak Lake Mead".
To Sign-Up for kayak trips or lessons:
1. Contact us via E-MAIL and/or by phone: 928-767-3061 and make arrangements for kayaking lessons or trips or or Adventure Fitness experience: what, where, when & price.
2. After you make arrangements, secure your booking by making a payment using the Shopping Cart below.
Note: Maximum group size is 7 people except for the Desert Adventure which is 4 people.
Note: Children 16 and under are half price. Make the full payment now and we will refund you the difference.

Travel and Gear:
After you have booked your lessons, trip, or Outdoor Adventure Fitness; we will send you detailed directions to get here and a suggested gear list.
For lessons we usually meet at Willow Beach, Arizona or Hemenway Beach, Nevada.
Depending upon the itinerary of your personal trip or lesson, we may meet at other areas on Lake Mead or the Colorado River. For that we will provide you with specific directions.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
All cancellations must be made at least 14 days in advance to receive a full refund.
Cancellations (for any reason) made within 7-13 days of a reserved trip will be issued a 50% refund.
Cancellations (for any reason) made within 3-6 days of a reserved trip will be refunded 25% of the total trip cost.
Absolutely no refunds will be issued for cancellations of trips within 48 hours of a reservation.
We cannot be responsible for wind, weather, waves, rain, heat, or unforseen circumstances.
Routes and trips are proposed and might change. Although we will do everything in our power to make sure trips are as described, we may change routes, locations, or times to ensure the safety of our guests and our guides.
Kayak Lake Mead reserves the right to cancel trips due to weather or unsafe conditions. In this case, we will reschedule, issue a credit, or refund money, depending on individual circumstances.
If we run the trip and you decide to cancel, the above cancellation policy will apply.
